Diamondbacks Game April 2010

I won tickets through my work for the Diamondbacks game. We were on the third baseline in the third row back. We went with Justin and Sarah - Tyler's brother and his wife. It worked out great because it was Tyler's birthday weekend and he loves any and all sports. That boy is 29! My how time flies!
Look how close we are to the field! I was positive that a foul ball was going to hit me in the face when I wasn't paying attention. Especially since I wasn't paying attention for the entire game. I'm there strictly to socialize and people watch.

Justin & Sarah - they have another baby girl on the way! These two are so much fun. Sarah and I spent most of the game eavesdropping on the guys sitting behind us. Imagine Jersey Shore 20+ years from now and you'll have a perfect mental picture of what these guys were like.

The Diamondbacks won, we ate free food, & Tyler loved it. Happy Birthday!

USVI October 2009

This past October, Tyler & I went on a trip to the U.S. Virgin Islands with my brother Joseph & his wife Kami. It was by far the best vacation we've ever taken.

Overlooking Turtle Bay

The beaches & scenery were amazing. We had to drive on the left side of the road there & Tyler was brave enough to be our driver. I think I spent most of the trip saying, "Get on the left side! No the LEFT side!!" Dramamine was our friend.

Getting ready to hike out to the best snorkeling spot.

This boy could not get enough of the water

Tyler plugging Joseph's snorkle

Kami with the seashell that Joseph found for her. She put it in her purse and later heard something moving around and found a lovely hermit crab still living in it. She freaked out and dropped the shell and broke it...my kind of girl.

On the ferry to St. John's

The only picture I got of all 4 of us. And it was in a parking garage...not really sure what the thought process was there.
We missed it as soon as we left for home.

Everything is cuter on babies...

Justin - please don't kill me. Tyler made me do it.

March 2010

Kami & Joseph's Wedding

In 2009, my older brother Joseph got married. His wife Kami has been the greatest addition to our family. Having sister-in-laws has been so much fun for me - I love them! Joseph & Kami were married in the Portland, Oregon Temple & so the whole family headed out for the festivities. Here is all of Bekah's family on the big wedding day.
Daniel, Mom, Joseph, Kami, Dad, Bekah, Tyler
(And yes, my family still teases me about being the only one not to wear black & white. And no, I was not trying to steal Kami's thunder by wearing bright orange/red.)

The Bride & Groom

Does it get any more beautiful than that??

He's not too bad either.

The Groomsmen (I LOVE Tyler in a tux!)

I love this picture of me with my brothers. They have always been so loyal & protective of me, & they are truly some of my most favorite people. I don't know what it is, but they can both make me laugh hysterically. You should see some of the dances they can do...I laugh just thinking about it.

I love weddings, but I especially loved this one. Kami did an amazing job planning every detail & it turned out beautiful & perfect. So awesome to see my brother get married & even more awesome that he married someone so great. I love seeing our family grow!
