Fall Break in Mexico

We spent Fall Break in Mexico with a big group of friends & it was such a fun trip! 7 families & 27 kids! But we managed to make our way around Mexico all together & spent the days back & forth between the beach & the pool. We found some great restaurants, ice cream shops, & our favorite churro place that we just can't quit. With so many kids there, everyone always had a friend to play with which kept the kids nonstop busy.
Yummiest ice cream shop - we tried to get a picture of all the kids & this isn't even all of them!

The husbands - always out playing something in the water.

The kids got these necklaces that were one of too many souvenirs they just "had to have".

Noah & Owen relaxing on the beach.

Ruby & Polly - these little BFFs were inseparable & had so much fun together. The kids tried boogie boarding for the first time & now we're going to have to get some before our next beach trip.

Noah gave snorkeling a try & really loved it. I love that our kids are at an age where they can start trying new things.

Ruby was so hard to get pictures of this trip. She was always off with friends playing & exploring.

Love these girls. Chelsea (on the far left) just had her 3rd baby 2 weeks ago & still made it on our trip. Amazing!

My favorite boys. In true Tyler fashion, he got a terrible sunburn the first day of our trip & then spent the rest of the trip continually spraying himself with sunscreen & wearing his rash guard. He was able to get a good deal on this beach hat though, which helped;) Tyler & I have been married for 16 years, & this has literally happened on every single beach vacation we've ever been on. It's hilarious (to me, not him), & he loves to talk to me nonstop about how bad his sunburn is &, "Can you believe this Bekah?!" Yes, I can absolutely believe it.

The tide in Rocky Point is so fun because it goes so far out in the morning & late afternoon so it's like a whole new beach for the kids to explore & find sea treasures.

Noah & little Ford - he's so good with all the little kids.

Cholla Bay - we went out early & there were all kinds of new things for the kids to find. Usually they have octopus in big clam shells but we couldn't find any this time with the tide coming in so fast. There were lots of crabs & all kinds of sea creatures & shells the kids collected.

When in Mexico...

On our last morning some of the dads took the kids on the banana boat ride. Ruby & Noah screamed the entire time & were terrified - it's good for them to have these experiences, though. We're all about forcing our children to have "fun" haha.

My favorites - missing one friend that went home a little early. Women need women, & these ladies are as good as they come.

All I wanted was one family picture at sunset & these people came through for me! Love this family with all my heart & love traveling with them.
