"You're my new best friend"

 

Tyler & I overheard Ruby saying that to Noah a couple of days ago & we about died it was so cute. These two were meant for each other & balance one another so well. Noah squeals with delight every time Ruby walks into the room & starts flapping his arms with excitement. And Ruby loves to be Noah's protector anytime any kid comes near him. A few kids have made the mistake of trying to take a toy away from Noah while Ruby's around & needless to say, she always gets the toy right back to him. I'm convinced being the mama to these two is the best job in the world.

Oh Happy Day!

This weekend we were finally able to take Noah to the Gilbert Temple & be sealed to him. This is something that Tyler & I look forward to with so much anticipation & there is simply nothing better than being in the temple with your two babies. It was the most beautiful experience for our little family & one that I'll remember forever. The following day Tyler was able to bless Noah in church & he gave him a beautiful blessing that fit Noah perfectly. I love this family of mine with my whole heart & I'm grateful to know that we can be together forever. Anything less than that just wouldn't be enough.

Life Lately

Look who's sitting in a highchair now

 

Which means this girl has been at the table for a while now.

6 Months

To me, 6 months is the perfect baby age & I have loved this age with each of my kids. At 6 months Noah is sitting up, has 2 cute little teeth on the bottom, is trying really hard to figure out this crawling business, & is grabbing everything in sight & trying to put it in his mouth. He loves to observe everything going on in our family all while sitting there with a smile on his face or belly laughing. They don't come better than this one. Happy 6 months, sweet Noah.

 

 

 



Siblings

Noah just barely started sitting up & we are all loving it. He & Ruby had a picnic on the grass yesterday & are starting to be able to interact more with each other. This has resulted in a lot more toy grabbing & tears every so often, but all in all it's so much fun. I love seeing these two together & getting to watch them smile at each other & give hugs & kisses is about the cutest thing ever. Now bring on the crawling!
